Founded in November 1979 as Aero Metal Fabrication Ltd., Aero Aviation Ltd. has grown from its roots in aircraft sheet metal repair and modification to become a trusted name in the aviation industry. Initially serving the general aviation market in Calgary, Alberta, Aero has consistently prioritized delivering top-quality services at competitive prices.

Over the years, Aero’s capabilities have expanded to encompass a wide range of aviation services, including aircraft line maintenance, avionics support, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) response, composite repair and overhaul, and advanced sheet metal repair. We operate specialized facilities dedicated to Structures, Composites, Maintenance, and Avionics, enabling us to offer comprehensive structural and composite repair solutions for all types of aircraft and components. Our composite shop is equipped with one of the largest autoclaves in Western Canada (7’x25’), showcasing our advanced technological capabilities.
